Najem Najem House
Set into the sloping terrain of Feytroun, the house is conceived as a low, articulated volume that follows the natural topography rather than imposing upon it. The composition breaks into layered geometries—white masonry, glass block planes, and warm timber frames—allowing the building to settle quietly into its landscape while opening long, controlled views toward the mountains of Kfardebian.

The project is designed with a dual program in mind. It can operate as a private villa shared between two households, or shift into a boutique hotel of six independent suites. Each room is given direct access to the exterior, dissolving the threshold between inside and OUT

This flexibility is embedded in the plan through a system of connections and separations. Transitional spaces allow the house to transform without altering its spatial clarity—either functioning as a single continuous residence or dividing into two distinct houses, each maintaining privacy and coherence.

The interior emphasizes horizontality and openness. A continuous wooden ceiling plane anchors the space, while full-height glazing frames the surrounding greenery.
